ARRIVAL

This home is boat access only. Whether you bring your own boat to dock right at the house or take one of the many water taxis that travel to North Captiva daily, our property managers will be there to meet and greet you and will assist you with all your belongings to the house. There are many restaurants available on the island such as Mainstay, Mango's, Over the Water, and The Boat House. These are all located on North Captiva. You can either walk to these establishments or take one of the two, four-seater golf carts that come with the house. A short boat ride away is the famous Cabbage Key, the original home to "Cheeseburgers in Paradise". Also, the restaurants on Captiva and Sanibel are limitless. Some of our favorites are Key Lime Bistro, Doc Fords, and the Green Flash to name just a few.

EXTERIOR

Arriving at our home on the ground floor you will find an in-ground heated pool, deck with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, pool bar, putting green, and a dedicated BBQ area.


You will see dolphins every day. As if on cue, in our experience, they seem to gracefully swim by just as we relax with a cocktail on the deck. No rushing to beat the masses and reserve a chair here. No crowds or loud, annoying neighbors as you enjoy beach life. Enjoy seclusion and relaxation with your family. This is truly a unique vacation spot where you can enjoy beach walks, shelling, and some of the best fishing in the world right off your dock. We have come to enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee and walking a few steps to Redfish Pass to hook a snook or a trout with the rising sun. In addition, contacts for world-class fishing guides are available for you. Arrangements can be made to pick you up right from your dock.

INTERIOR

The second floor provides a private bedroom and bathroom, separate from the main house, but still connected via double french doors. On this level you will also find a living room with a pull-out couch and a wet bar. This level would be ideal for in-laws or teenagers who maybe have different sleep schedules then the rest of the party. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pine Island Sound. Watch the sun rise in the morning over the bay and set in the evening over the Gulf of Mexico.


The 3rd level includes the main room with a king size bed, large walk-in closet and seating area. The beautiful en suite has a large shower and a soaking tub. The other two rooms on this floor have queen size beds with full en suites. The full-size washer and dryer are on this level.


Walk up the steps or if you prefer take the elevator to your well-appointed, gourmet kitchen. Take a seat in your comfortable living room and enjoy the beautiful bay view. The island scenery abounds in every direction. This floor includes a half bath. Sonos speaker system and WI-Fi throughout the home.
